When I have specific questions, I have received very prompt, forthright and expert replies, even if it meant possibly convincing me that a ring was not the best choice for me after all. Last but not least, the one time (out of about 12) that a purchase did not exceed my expectations, my refund was quickly credited when I returned the piece. I guess it sounds corny, but I wish all companies were like Old Cities.
